AFTER SALES AREA COORDINATOR (STAFF)
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.

Proven experience on implementing PDCA.
Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.
Willing to travel frequently for business trips (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia area).

Responsibilities
Maintain good relationships with dealers' management and team members.
Control & set up dealers' targets and maintain the achievement.
Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
Monitor dealers' spare parts payment and delivery.
Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.


CREDIT CONTROL (STAFF)
Good command of English (verbal and written)
Proven experience in collecting
Good knowledge and skill in analyzing financial statements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiating skill
Strong numeracy skill and attention to detail
Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table)

Responsibilities
Controlling and monitoring dealers' payments.
Controlling dealers' credit ceiling and collateral.
Creating reports based on dealers' financial statement analysis.
Monitoring dealers' outstanding AR and AP.
Processing acceleration term of payments from dealers and payback interest to dealers.
Maintaining a good relationship with both external and internal related parties.

CX STRATEGY & PLANNING (STAFF)
Good command of English (verbal and written).
Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
Familiar in using SQL, BI tools, or Phyton will be a plus.
Good sense of business will be beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking skill and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate data quality on Customer Data Platform (CDP) system.
Develop and evaluate data modeling for predictive analysis.
Create data visualization to support decision-making.
Provide data needed to support data-driven marketing or campaign strategy.
Coordinate with related parties to maintain CDP operation support.
Generate regular or adhoc reports.
Support CX system operation, including website, internal management system, apps, call center, etc.
Work closely with related parties to enhance CX system and data analysis.


FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS (STAFF)
Good command of English (verbal and written)
Familiar with financial statement analysis and reporting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven analytical thinking skills
Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
Big data analysis
Familiar with using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table)

Responsibilities
Providing analysis of financial performance.
Conducting analysis to provide insight that supports strategic decision-making.
Generating analysis reports and providing improvement ideas.
Coordinating with all Departments to prepare a corporate budget planning and providing summary analysis aligned with a corporate plan.
Creating and maintaining SAP master data.


IT OPERATION (STAFF)

• Familiar in using Microsoft 365 and its set up or functionality
• Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using Ms. Excel (pivot & macro), Ms. Access (macro)
• Familiar in processing or analyzing data query using dashboard software (such as Power BI)
• Had a general knowledge of IT security (theory, implementation, device) will be beneficial
• Familiar with mobile device set up & troubleshooting will be beneficial

Responsibilities
• Monitor and review IT facility request
• Coordinate with related parties for IT facility procurement
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor departmental budget & payment process to vendor
• Review access right for users
• Set up user's mobile device (iOS/Android)
• Maintain IT database
• Generate scheduled and or ad hoc reports


PRODUCT MARKETING PLANNING (STAFF)
Good command of English (verbal and written).
Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
Familiar in generate reports and proposals with Ms. PowerPoint.
A good sense of business will be beneficial.
Strong analytical thinking skills and proactive.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to drive and have a driving license.

Responsibilities
Monitoring competitors' activity & sales and marketing strategy.
Conduct market and product research to gain insight.
Analyze and propose ideas for business process improvement.
Work closely with related parties to provide product allocation.
Actively join in new product launching activities (pre to post-launching).

RESEARCH DATA MARKETING (STAFF)
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Have good knowledge and experience of automotive research will be beneficial.
• Proven experience in quantitative research.
• Familiar in using Ms. Excel for data processing (pivot, etc) or dashboard software, such as Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking skill, numeracy skill, and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel frequently for a business trip.

Responsibilities
• Conduct research activity related with market conditions, customers, products, etc.
• Propose or create research ideas to answer business issues.
• Analyze and compile a report on research conducted to provide solution, recommendation, or action plan.
• Present and communicate research results to related parties.
• Project and vendor management.

TAX (STAFF)
• General knowledge about tax regulation and its implementation.
• Proven experience in the tax audit process will be beneficial.
• Having the certification of Brevet A & B.
• Familiar with e-SPT system.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Good analytical thinking skill. 
• Strong numeracy skill and attention to detail.
• Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).

Responsibilities
• Performing tax calculation, payment, and reporting accurately.
• Preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting.
• Preparing data for Transfer Pricing documentation.
• Provide data for audit purpose (tax audit, financial audit, internal audit).
• Calculating and preparing data for corporate income tax return process.
• Conduct monthly tax reconciliation and equalization for VAT & WHT article 21, 23, 25, 26, and 4(2).
• Reviewing new tax regulation.
• Creating and proposing improvement ideas based on audit findings or new tax regulations.


TECHNICAL SERVICE (STAFF)
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• General knowledge of After Sales Business.
• Proven experience in Technical Analysis.
• Experience in automotive troubleshooting.
• Experience of analysis warranty.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends of Mitsubishi vehicles.
• Mastering mechanical automotive skills (remove, install, inspection).

Responsibilities
• Responsible to achieve section target KPI.
• As the main PIC for assisting dealers to solve vehicle troubles shooting.
• Responsible to handle customer complaints for after-sales activities.
• Responsible for Product Quality Process (monitoring - reporting).
• Responsible to handle part storage.
• Coordinate with related departments, dealers, and other parties.
• Conduct study & analysis of the frequent technical problems.
• Support New Product Development Project.
